Powerful manual strapping tool for steel strapping
BO-7 SWING is a professional manual seal-free strapping tool designed for steel strapping in demanding industrial conditions. Thanks to its modern seal-free strap-joining system, it provides high joint strength, lower operating costs and easier handling.
The strapping tool is compatible with steel straps from 13 to 20 mm wide and from 0.4 to 0.8 mm thick. It is an ideal solution for strapping pallets, wooden crates, construction materials and heavy industrial products. Patented SWING system
The BO-7 SWING model uses a patented progressive strap-notching mechanism that significantly reduces the operator’s physical effort. The joint is created by triple-notching the steel strap while simultaneously cutting off the excess strap.
The result is a strong and secure joint without the need for seals, speeding up the entire strapping process and reducing operating costs.
Ergonomic construction for everyday operation
Thanks to its weight of approximately 3.7 kg and ergonomically designed controls, the strapping tool enables comfortable handling even during prolonged use. Its robust metal construction ensures excellent reliability and a long service life.
When strapping goods, we also recommend using strap protectors, which protect the edges of the packaged goods and improve strapping stability.
For additional protection of shipments during transport, you can also use stretch film or protective bubble wrap.
