BO-6F is an upgraded manual seal-free strapping tool designed for strong and reliable strapping with steel strapping without the use of seals. This joining method reduces operating costs while creating an exceptionally strong strap joint.
The strapping tool is suitable for strapping palletised products, wooden crates, construction materials and other industrial products. For a complete strapping solution, we recommend combining it with products from the strapping category or practical equipment from the strapping dispensers category.
Strong joint without seals
Seal-free joining technology creates a strong joint by directly deforming the steel strap. This joining method provides a joint strength of up to 8,000 N and eliminates the need for additional fastening components.
When securing loads, we also recommend using strap protectors, which protect the packaged goods and ensure that the pressure exerted by the strap is distributed evenly.
Improved ergonomics for easier operation
The BO-6F model is equipped with ergonomically designed levers that enable comfortable strap tensioning, including during vertical strapping. This makes the device flexible and suitable for different packaging applications.
