ITA EVO 13–16 represents the latest generation of cordless strapping tools for PP and PET strapping. Thanks to modern technologies, brushless motors and intelligent features, it delivers maximum strapping efficiency in logistics centres, warehouses and industrial facilities.
The device is designed for 13 mm and 16 mm wide straps and enables cardboard boxes, parcels and palletised goods to be secured quickly and safely. For a complete solution, we recommend combining it with products from the strapping and strapping dispensers categories.
Three operating modes for maximum flexibility
The ITA EVO offers automatic, semi-automatic and manual operating modes. The operator can select the appropriate strapping method according to the product type and operational requirements.
The device also features a soft tensioning mode, enabling sensitive or fragile products to be strapped safely without the risk of damage.
Bluetooth connectivity and intelligent control
Integrated Bluetooth enables the device to connect to a mobile phone or tablet. The application can be used to adjust the device parameters, monitor its status and perform software updates.
Modern brushless motors provide high performance, minimal maintenance requirements and a long service life, even under intensive use.
Long battery life and a reliable strap joint
The powerful 18 V / 5 Ah Li-Ion battery enables up to approximately 400 strapping cycles per charge. The friction weld creates a strong joint with a strength of up to 75% of the strength of the strap itself.
To stabilise the load, we also recommend using stretch film, cardboard dividers or protective bubble wrap.
