ITA 71 cordless tensioner is designed for the efficient tensioning of polyester (PES), textile and composite straps with widths ranging from 16 to 40 mm. Thanks to its high tensioning force of up to 11,000 N, it is an ideal solution for demanding applications and operations with higher strapping volumes.

High tensioning force for demanding applications
The ITA 71 delivers a maximum tensioning force of up to 11,000 N, enabling even heavy or bulky loads to be secured safely. It is suitable for securing industrial products, construction materials, pallets and other loads during storage, handling and transport.
The tensioning force can be easily adjusted using a control potentiometer located underneath the battery. This allows the operator to adapt the settings to the strap type and the specific load.
Integrated strap-cutting mechanism
The device is equipped with an integrated strap-cutting mechanism, enabling the strap to be separated quickly and easily once tensioning is complete. This system simplifies the workflow and eliminates the need for a separate cutting tool.
