Powerful cordless strapping tool for demanding industrial applications
ITA 27 is a professional cordless strapping tool designed for use with PET strapping. Thanks to its extremely high tensioning force of up to 8,000 N, it is an ideal solution for securing heavy loads, palletised goods, construction materials and industrial products.
The device enables reliable strapping of both flat and round products and provides maximum mobility without requiring a compressed air connection. For a complete solution, we recommend combining it with products from the strapping and strapping dispensers categories.
Three operating modes for maximum flexibility
The ITA 27 strapping tool offers automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes, allowing it to adapt easily to different product types and strapping requirements.
- Automatic mode – the device automatically tensions the strap to the set value and performs the friction weld.
- Semi-automatic mode – enables the strap to be partially tensioned before the operator completes the strapping process as required.
- Manual mode – provides complete control over both strap tensioning and welding.
Extremely high tensioning force for heavy loads
A maximum tensioning force of up to 8,000 N enables very heavy or bulky loads to be secured safely. The friction-weld joint provides a joint strength of up to 75% of the strength of the strap itself, minimising the risk of the load becoming loose during handling and transport.
The ITA 27 is particularly suitable for demanding industrial applications where standard strapping tools do not provide sufficient performance.
Robust construction and maximum mobility
The device is equipped with a powerful 36 V / 2 Ah Li-ion battery, which enables approximately 100 strapping cycles per charge. Its durable construction is designed for intensive use in logistics, production and the construction industry.
To stabilise the load, we also recommend supplementing the packaging with stretch film, cardboard dividers or protective bubble wrap.
