ITA 25 is a powerful cordless strapping tool designed for polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping. Thanks to its high tensioning force of up to 5,500 N, three operating modes and reliable friction-weld joint, it is ideal for logistics centres, warehouses, production facilities and demanding industrial applications.
The device is suitable for strapping flat and round products, parcels, cardboard packages and palletised goods. For a complete solution, we recommend combining it with products from the strapping and strapping dispensers categories.
Three operating modes for maximum flexibility
The ITA 25 strapping tool offers automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes, enabling it to adapt easily to different types of packaging and operator requirements.
- Automatic mode – the device automatically tensions the strap to the set value and then performs the friction weld.
- Semi-automatic mode – the operator can partially tension the strap, adjust the position of the product and then complete the strapping process.
- Manual mode – enables manual adjustment of the tensioning force followed by joining the strap using a friction weld.
High tensioning force and a reliable joint
A maximum tensioning force of up to 5,500 N enables the secure strapping of heavier and bulkier loads. The friction-weld joint provides a joint strength of up to 80% of the strength of the strap used, increasing packaging stability during handling and transport.
The ITA 25 is particularly suitable for applications requiring reliable load securing without the use of seals and without damaging the packaged product.
Ergonomic design and comfortable operation
Its low weight of 4.1 kg, excellent balance and ergonomic handle ensure comfortable handling, even during longer work shifts. The digital control panel allows precise adjustment of the strapping parameters and displays the number of completed cycles.
To stabilise packaged goods, we also recommend using stretch film, cardboard dividers or protective bubble wrap.
