Versatile cordless strapping tool for professional packaging
ITA 24 is a modern cordless strapping tool designed for polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping. Thanks to its three operating modes, high tensioning speed and reliable friction-weld joint, it provides a flexible solution for logistics centres, warehouses, production facilities and dispatch areas.
The device is suitable for strapping flat and round products, cardboard packages, parcels and palletised goods. For a complete solution, we recommend combining it with products from the strapping and strapping dispensers categories.
Three operating modes for maximum flexibility
The ITA 24 strapping tool offers automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes, enabling it to adapt easily to different packaging types and operator requirements.
- Automatic mode – at the press of a button, the device automatically tensions the strap to the set force and performs the friction weld.
- Semi-automatic mode – the operator can partially tension the strap before completing the tensioning and welding process.
- Manual mode – the operator has complete control over strap tensioning and then activates the welding process.
Fast strapping and a reliable joint
A maximum tensioning force of 2,500 N and a tensioning speed of up to 16 m/min enable fast, precise and secure strapping. The friction-weld joint provides a joint strength of up to 80% of the strength of the strap used.
This makes the ITA 24 suitable for the everyday strapping of shipments, cardboard boxes and palletised goods in facilities with higher packaging volumes.
Ergonomic construction for comfortable operation
Its low weight of 3.9 kg, ergonomic handle and well-balanced construction ensure comfortable handling throughout the entire work shift. The digital control panel allows easy adjustment of the operating parameters and displays the number of completed cycles.
To stabilise packaged goods, we also recommend using stretch film, cardboard dividers or protective bubble wrap.
