ITA 22 is a lightweight and compact cordless strapping tool designed for polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping. Thanks to its simple operation, ergonomic design and reliable friction-weld joint, it is an ideal solution for logistics centres, warehouses, production facilities and dispatch areas.

Designed for comfortable everyday operation
The ITA 22 was developed with a focus on maximum ergonomics and simple operation. Its low weight of only 3.8 kg and well-balanced design ensure comfortable handling, even during longer work shifts.
The digital control panel allows easy adjustment of the strapping parameters and displays the number of completed operating cycles. Quick access to wear parts also simplifies device maintenance.
Powerful Li-Ion battery with a long operating life
The strapping tool is equipped with a modern 18 V / 5 Ah Li-Ion battery, which enables approximately 200 strapping cycles per charge. Thanks to its cordless power supply, no connection to the mains or compressed air is required.
This mobility enables convenient use in warehouses, production halls and locations where no power supply is available.
Reliable friction-weld joint
The ITA 22 uses modern friction-welding technology, providing a joint strength of up to 75% of the strength of the strap used. The joint is strong, secure and resistant to common loads encountered during transport and handling.
To stabilise the load, we also recommend using stretch film, cardboard dividers or protective bubble wrap.
