ITA 21 is a modern cordless strapping tool designed for polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping. Thanks to its high tensioning force, semi-automatic mode and reliable friction-weld joint, it is an ideal solution for logistics centres, production facilities and dispatch warehouses.

Semi-automatic strapping for maximum productivity
The ITA 21 operates in semi-automatic mode. At the press of a button, the device automatically tensions the strap, and the joint is then welded by moving the lever. This system significantly speeds up the strapping process and reduces operator effort.
The friction-weld joint provides a joint strength of up to 80% of the strap strength, ensuring high reliability during load handling and transport.
Powerful battery and long operating time
The ITA 21 is equipped with a high-quality 18 V / 5 Ah Li-Ion battery, enabling approximately 150 strapping cycles per charge. This makes the device suitable for intensive use, including multi-shift production operations.
Cordless operation eliminates the need for a connection to the mains or compressed air, providing maximum flexibility during operation.
Ergonomic design and simple operation
Its durable construction, made from high-quality engineering plastics, ensures low weight and excellent resistance to everyday use. The digital control panel allows easy adjustment of the operating parameters and displays the number of completed cycles.
To stabilise the load, we also recommend using stretch film, cardboard dividers or protective bubble wrap.
