ITA 20 is a compact cordless strapping tool designed for polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping. Its low weight, simple operation and reliable friction-weld joint make it an ideal solution for logistics centres, production facilities and dispatch warehouses.

The ITA 20 is equipped with a digital control panel that allows easy adjustment of the strapping parameters and displays the number of completed cycles. Its intuitive controls make the device suitable for facilities with multiple operators.
The friction-weld joint provides a joint strength of up to 80% of the strength of the strap used, ensuring a high level of safety during load handling and transport.
Powerful Li-Ion battery
The strapping tool is equipped with a modern 18 V / 5 Ah Li-Ion battery, which provides high performance without a memory effect. It can complete approximately 100 strapping cycles on a single charge, depending on the strap type and device settings.
A major advantage is the fast charging time, which means the battery is ready for further use in approximately 20 minutes.
Ergonomic design for comfortable operation
Its low weight of only 3.6 kg and ergonomically designed body ensure comfortable handling, even during long work shifts. The strapping tool can be suspended from a balancer, further reducing operator fatigue.
To stabilise the load, we also recommend using stretch film, cardboard dividers or protective bubble wrap.
