HSM HL 1615 – Powerful Horizontal Baler for Industrial Waste Processing
HSM HL 1615 is a robust horizontal baler designed to compact large volumes of waste in manufacturing, logistics and recycling facilities. It processes cardboard packaging, plastic film, mixed paper, paint cans and lightweight metal drums with a capacity of up to 200 litres.
The machine helps reduce waste volume, save storage space and simplify material handling. Combined with horizontal balers, vertical balers, shredders, PES strapping and protective corners and edge protectors, it provides a comprehensive waste management solution.
Robust Construction for Demanding Operations
The HSM HL 1615 is a stationary machine designed for heavy-duty use. Its specially guided press ram can also process unevenly loaded material. A large feed opening with two opposing flaps makes it easier to load bulky materials by hand without cutting them into smaller pieces first.
Easy Bale Removal and Safe Operation
A hydraulic counterplate makes it easier to eject the compressed bale. An automatic indicator alerts the operator when the bale is ready to be tied. Bales are tied manually with durable PES strapping.
