Professional hot-air gun for rapid film shrinkage

RIPACK 3000 is the most powerful professional gas-powered hot-air gun designed for shrinking LDPE film when packaging pallets, oversized products, construction materials and industrial consignments. With an output of up to 80 kW and patented combustion technology, it can package a standard EURO pallet approximately 1 metre high in less than 60 seconds, significantly increasing productivity.

For maximum load protection, we recommend using high-quality LDPE shrink film, cover films or stretch film.

Maximum output for demanding operations

RIPACK 3000 features continuously adjustable output from 45 to 80 kW, making it suitable for both thin and thick shrink films. The output can be easily adapted to the type of product being packaged, ensuring optimal film shrinkage with minimal gas consumption.

Patented 360° rotating cool nozzle

The patented stainless-steel nozzle with Cool Nozzle technology remains significantly cooler during operation than conventional gas burners. Combined with its 360° rotating system, it allows the hot air to be directed precisely where required without unnecessary strain on the operator.

Maximum pallet-packaging productivity

The powerful burner and optimised hot-air flow make it possible to package up to approximately 60 pallets per hour. RIPACK 3000 is therefore an ideal choice for logistics centres, manufacturing facilities, the construction industry, export packaging and warehouses with high shipping volumes.

Comfortable and safe operation

The ergonomic handle, low weight of only 1.25 kg and excellent balance significantly reduce operator fatigue, even during all-day operation. The SECURIPACK safety regulator and high-quality gas hose ensure reliable and safe operation.
