Professional hot-air gun with adjustable output
RIPACK 2500 is a professional gas-powered hot-air gun designed for shrinking LDPE film when packaging pallets, machinery, construction materials and oversized loads. Compared with the RIPACK 2100, it offers continuously adjustable output from 34 to 60 kW, allowing it to be easily adapted to different types of film and various load sizes.
For maximum load protection, we recommend using high-quality LDPE shrink film, cover films or stretch film.
Continuously adjustable output for perfect shrinkage
The burner output can be easily adjusted according to the film thickness, pallet size or type of product being packaged. This ensures rapid film shrinkage without burning through it while optimising gas consumption.
360° rotating nozzle for comfortable operation
The patented 360° rotating stainless-steel nozzle allows the direction of the hot air to be adjusted precisely according to the operator’s position. This makes the tool easier to handle when packaging tall or bulky pallets.
Patented RIPACK safety technology
RIPACK 2500 uses a patented cool stainless-steel nozzle that remains significantly cooler during operation than conventional gas burners. This improves operator safety and protects the packaged product.
Ergonomic design for daily operation
