Flexy Sealer 85A is a high-performance automatic L-sealing shrink-wrapping machine designed for manufacturing companies, logistics centres, e-shops and packaging facilities with demanding productivity requirements. With semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, a motorised sealing bar and the option of integration with a shrink tunnel, it provides an ideal solution for fast and reliable packaging of a wide range of products.
For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
Semi-automatic and automatic operation
Flexy Sealer 85A can operate in both semi-automatic and fully automatic modes. The operator inserts the product into the film, after which the machine automatically closes the motorised sealing bar, creates a strong seal and transfers the product by conveyor into the shrink tunnel. The entire process is fast, precise and requires minimal operator intervention.
Flextron® control system
The modern Flextron® control system with an LCD display allows precise adjustment of all packaging parameters, including sealing time, conveyor speed and other operating functions. Up to 10 operating programs can be stored in the internal memory, significantly accelerating machine changeovers when switching between products.
Designed for intensive operation
The robust steel construction, motorised sealing bar with a PTFE coating, closed-loop cooling circuit and automatic waste-film rewinding system ensure reliable performance even during multi-shift production. The adjustable working height allows the machine to be easily integrated into existing packaging lines.
Wide range of applications
Flexy Sealer 85A is suitable for packaging food products, cosmetics, household and personal care products, electronics, printed materials, textiles, toys, spare parts and other industrial goods. When combined with a shrink tunnel, it creates a strong protective covering that protects products against dust, moisture and mechanical damage during storage and transport.
