Flexy Sealer 55A is a professional automatic L-sealing shrink-wrapping machine designed for e-shops, logistics centres, manufacturing facilities and distribution companies. Its fully automatic operating cycle, motorised conveyor and output of up to 1,500 packs per hour significantly accelerate the packaging process and reduce operating costs.

For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.

Automatic film sealing and shrinking

Flexy Sealer 55A seals and shrinks the film in a single operating cycle. Once the product has been inserted into the film, the sealing frame closes automatically, creates a strong seal and then shrinks the film around the product. The result is a professionally packaged product ready for immediate shipment.

High performance for demanding operations

With an output of up to 1,500 packs per hour, Flexy Sealer 55A is an ideal solution for facilities with high packaging volumes. The integrated motorised conveyor automatically discharges finished packages and ensures the smooth operation of the entire packaging line.

Intelligent Flextron control system

The modern Flextron control system with an LCD display allows precise adjustment of the sealing time, temperature, conveyor speed and other parameters. Up to 10 operating programs can be stored in the memory, significantly accelerating machine changeovers when switching between products.

The heavy-duty steel construction, Teflon-coated sealing bar, combined sealing-bar cooling system (air and liquid) and high-quality industrial components ensure reliable performance even under intensive daily use.
