Fixed gravity conveyor for efficient goods handling
The fixed gravity conveyor is a simple way to move cardboard boxes, crates, parcels and other individual items without an electric drive. With a suitable slope, gravity moves the goods along the conveyor.
It is suitable for warehouses, logistics centres, packaging workstations and manufacturing facilities that need to move goods between work areas.
Three versions for different goods
The conveyor is available with three types of conveying surface:
- Plastic rollers
- Steel rollers
- Plastic skate wheels
The most suitable version depends on the size, weight and base of the goods being moved.
No electric drive required
With no motor or electrical components, the conveyor uses no electricity during operation. Its simple mechanical design also keeps routine maintenance straightforward.
It can be used on its own or as part of a larger logistics or packaging line.
Adjustable to the workstation
The working height can be adjusted from 580 to 920 mm to align with other equipment or workstations. Custom dimensions are available on request.
