Eco Strap 501 YS is a reliable semi-automatic strapping machine designed for operations with low to medium strapping volumes. It is ideal for e-shops, warehouses, logistics centres, production facilities and distribution companies requiring fast and economical shipment securing using PP strapping.
Thanks to its robust construction and simple operation, it is an ideal solution for the everyday strapping of cardboard boxes, parcels and grouped packages. For a complete system, we recommend combining the device with PP strapping, strapping dispensers or other packaging materials.
Simple operation and convenient handling
The machine’s work surface is equipped with free-running rollers that make it significantly easier to move the packaged product during strapping. The working table height can be adjusted from 380 to 760 mm, allowing the machine to be adapted to different types of operations.
The analogue control panel enables easy adjustment of all important parameters, including the strap tensioning force, strap feed length and joint cooling time.
Energy-efficient operation and a long service life
The Eco Strap 501 YS uses modern DC motors that operate only during the strapping cycle. This significantly reduces energy consumption and wear on mechanical components.
The strap tension can be adjusted from 3 to 45 kg, enabling both sensitive and more rigid products to be strapped safely without the risk of damaging the packaging.
