Easy Vac 500D FT is a high-performance chamber vacuum packaging machine mounted on a mobile stand and designed for food-processing facilities, food manufacturers, catering operations and industrial applications. Its large chamber, dual sealing bars and robust stainless-steel construction ensure fast, reliable and hygienic vacuum packaging, even under intensive everyday operation.
For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using vacuum bags and films, which extend product shelf life and protect against moisture, oxidation and contamination.
Dual sealing bars for high productivity
Easy Vac 500D FT is equipped with two 500 mm sealing bars, enabling several products to be packaged simultaneously. This significantly reduces individual cycle times and increases the overall output of the operation.
For subsequent dispatch, we also recommend using cardboard boxes or other packaging materials.
Mobile construction for flexible operation
The machine is mounted on a stable chassis with castors, allowing it to be easily moved between individual workstations. This mobile solution provides excellent flexibility when organising production and packaging processes.
Programmable working cycles
The digital control panel enables precise adjustment of the vacuuming, sealing and cooling times. Operators can store up to 10 working programmes, significantly accelerating the repeated packaging of identical products. The machine can also be equipped with a modified-atmosphere packaging (MAP) function.
Workstation efficiency can also be improved with packing tools.
