Easy Sealer 85 is a professional chamber shrink-wrapping machine designed for efficient packaging of larger products in heat-shrink film. It seals and shrinks the film in a single operating cycle, significantly accelerating the packaging process and reducing the time required to prepare products for shipment. For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.

Sealing and shrinking in a single operating cycle

The operator inserts the product into the film, places it inside the chamber and closes the cover to start the entire packaging process automatically. The machine simultaneously creates a strong seal and shrinks the film evenly around the product, ensuring a professional appearance and reliable protection during storage and transport.

Digital Flextron control system

The modern Flextron control system with an LCD display allows precise adjustment of the temperature, sealing time, shrinking time and other operating parameters. Up to 10 operating programs can be stored in the memory, significantly accelerating repetitive production involving different types of products.

Large working area and robust construction

Easy Sealer 85 features an enlarged sealing chamber measuring 870 × 620 mm, allowing it to package bulkier products. Its heavy-duty steel construction, electromagnetic cover closure, Teflon-coated sealing bar and efficient air cooling ensure reliable performance even under intensive daily use.
