Semi-automatic chamber shrink-wrapping machine for high productivity
Easy Sealer 55 A is a high-performance chamber shrink-wrapping machine designed for professional packaging of products in heat-shrink film. It seals and shrinks the film in a single operating cycle, significantly accelerating the packaging process and increasing production efficiency. Compared with the standard model, it features a motorised conveyor that automatically removes finished packages and enables an output of up to 900 packs per hour.
For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
Automatic packaging in a single operating cycle
The product is inserted into the film and placed inside the chamber. Closing the cover automatically starts the complete sealing and shrinking process. Once the cycle is complete, the motorised conveyor automatically transfers the finished product out of the working area, reducing downtime between cycles.
Digital Flextron control system
The modern Flextron control system with an LCD display allows precise adjustment of the sealing time, temperature, shrinking time and cover-opening delay. Up to 10 operating programs can be stored in the memory, allowing the operator to switch immediately between different types of products.
Robust construction for intensive operation
The heavy-duty steel construction, electromagnetic cover closure, Teflon-coated sealing bar and efficient cooling ensure reliable performance during prolonged daily use. High-quality components provide a long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.
