Easy Sealer 55 is a chamber shrink-wrapping machine designed for fast, high-quality packaging of products in heat-shrink film. It seals and shrinks the film in a single operating cycle, significantly accelerating the packaging process and reducing labour costs. It is an ideal solution for e-shops, printing companies, manufacturing facilities, distribution centres and gift packaging.

For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.

Sealing and shrinking in a single operating cycle

The operator simply places the product inside the film, positions it in the chamber and closes the cover to start the entire packaging process automatically. Once the cycle is complete, the cover opens automatically and the product is ready for further handling or shipment.

Modern Flextron control system

Easy Sealer 55 is equipped with a digital Flextron control system featuring an LCD display and microprocessor control. It allows precise adjustment of the sealing time, temperature, shrinking time and cover-opening delay. Up to 10 operating programs can be stored in the memory, significantly accelerating repetitive production.

High-quality sealing and low operating costs

The Teflon-coated sealing bar creates a clean, strong seal and offers a long service life. The adjustable worktable height and movable retaining plate allow products of different sizes to be packaged efficiently while minimising film consumption.

Robust construction for daily operation

The heavy-duty steel construction, electromagnetic cover closure and efficient air cooling ensure reliable performance even under intensive use. Its compact dimensions also make the machine suitable for smaller production areas.
