Easy Paper 50 SB is a professional semi-automatic case sealer designed for applying water-activated kraft paper tape. This technology creates an exceptionally strong, environmentally friendly and secure seal that reliably closes cardboard shipments while providing increased protection against tampering.
The machine is suitable for e-commerce operations, logistics centres, manufacturing companies and distribution warehouses looking to replace plastic tape with an environmentally friendly alternative. Environmentally friendly and reliable case sealing
The case is guided by two side drive belts towards the upper and lower taping heads. Before application, the paper tape is automatically moistened by special sponge rollers, activating the adhesive. The tape is then firmly pressed onto the top and bottom of the case by rubber rollers and precisely cut by a pneumatic cutting system.
