Ultra Wrap 2000 BF – fully automatic wrapping machine with film cutting and sealing
The Ultra Wrap 2000 BF is an automatic wrapping machine designed for fully automated pallet wrapping without manual operator intervention. It performs the entire wrapping cycle, from clamping and applying the film to cutting and sealing it.
The machine is equipped with a film gripper and cutting and sealing units that automatically clamp, cut and securely finish the stretch film. Once the cycle is complete, the film is firmly attached to the pallet, improving both the appearance of the packaging and safety during handling.
Thanks to its PLC control system, 7.2" touchscreen display and memory for storing wrapping programmes, the Ultra Wrap 2000 BF is suitable for operations requiring reliable, fast and repeatable pallet wrapping using stretch film.
