Techno Wrap 2000 BD – automatic wrapping line with powered conveyor

The Techno Wrap 2000 BD is a fully automatic wrapping machine featuring a powered turntable with an integrated roller conveyor, ensuring smooth pallet infeed and outfeed within automated production, packaging and logistics lines.

The machine uses a Siemens PLC and a 7.2" colour touchscreen display for easy operation, parameter configuration and storage of wrapping programmes. Automatic stretch film feeding, cutting and sealing minimise the need for operator intervention.

Thanks to photoelectric sensors that detect pallet entry, exit and height, the machine can also operate in an unmanned environment. It can additionally run in a pass-through mode without wrapping.
