Automatic strapping machine with a stabilising press
Speed Strap 505RP – 509RP – 512RP is a professional automatic strapping machine designed for integration into fully automated packaging, production and logistics lines. Thanks to its robust construction, high-speed strapping and modern process control, it ensures reliable and efficient product packaging even at high production volumes.
The machine uses PP (polypropylene) strapping and supports single, double or multiple strapping according to the requirements of the production process.

Powered roller conveyor and pneumatic press
The machine’s work surface is equipped with a powered steel roller conveyor, which ensures the stable and smooth movement of packages during strapping. The double pneumatic top press securely holds the product in place during the process, improving the accuracy and stability of every strapping cycle.
Photocells positioned at the inlet and outlet automatically detect products and initiate the strapping cycle. All machine functions are controlled by modern 24 V DC brushless motors, ensuring high reliability, low maintenance requirements and a long service life.
High performance and easy operation
A strapping speed of up to 50 cycles per minute enables the efficient processing of large quantities of products. The 7.2" touchscreen control panel provides straightforward adjustment of operating parameters and convenient operation.
The easyfast® technology enables quick strap replacement and straightforward tool-free maintenance. Automatic strap feeding and precision cutting ensure smooth operation even during continuous use.
