High-speed strapping machine for automated packaging lines
Speed Strap 505R – 509R – 512R is a professional automatic strapping machine designed for integration into fully automated packaging, production and logistics lines. Thanks to its robust construction, high-speed strapping and modern process control, it ensures efficient and reliable packaging even at high production volumes.
The machine uses PP (polypropylene) strapping and supports single, double or multiple strapping according to operational requirements.

Powered roller conveyor for smooth product movement
The machine’s work surface is equipped with a powered steel roller conveyor, which ensures stable and smooth movement of packages during strapping. Photocells positioned at the machine inlet and outlet automatically detect the product and activate the strapping cycle.
All machine functions are controlled by modern 24 V DC brushless motors, ensuring high reliability, precision and a long service life. The 7.2" touchscreen control panel enables straightforward adjustment of operating parameters and rapid adaptation of the strapping process.
Efficient solution for industrial packaging
A strapping speed of up to 50 cycles per minute enables the smooth processing of large quantities of products. The machine also offers a transit mode, allowing products to pass through without being strapped.
The easyfast® system enables quick strap replacement and straightforward tool-free maintenance. Automatic strap feeding and precision cutting improve the efficiency and smooth operation of the packaging process.
