Speed Strap 505BP – 509BP – 512BP is a professional automatic strapping machine designed for fully automated packaging, production and logistics lines. Thanks to its robust construction, high-speed strapping and modern technologies, it delivers high productivity and reliable operation even under demanding working conditions.
The machine uses PP (polypropylene) strapping and supports single, double or multiple strapping according to the selected settings.

Powered conveyor and stabilising pneumatic press
Speed Strap BP features a worktable with powered belt conveyors that ensure smooth product movement during strapping. The double pneumatic top press stabilises the product throughout the process, allowing the strap to be applied accurately and securely.
A photocell system at the machine inlet and outlet enables the automatic application of one or multiple straps without manual intervention. All machine functions are controlled by modern 24 V DC brushless motors, ensuring a long service life and low maintenance requirements.
High performance and easy operation
A strapping speed of up to 50 cycles per minute enables the efficient processing of large quantities of packages. The 7.2" touchscreen control panel provides straightforward parameter adjustment and a clear overview of the entire strapping process.
The easyfast® system enables quick strap replacement and tool-free maintenance. Automatic strap feeding and cutting improve the efficiency and smooth operation of the packaging line.
