Automatic strapping machine with a low worktable
Speed Strap 505BL – 509BL – 512BL is a professional automatic strapping machine designed for fully automated packaging and production lines requiring a low working height. Its robust construction, powered belt conveyor and modern 24 V DC brushless motors ensure high reliability, a long service life and efficient product strapping.
The machine uses PP (polypropylene) strapping with a width of 9 or 12 mm and achieves speeds of up to 45 strapping cycles per minute, making it an ideal solution for logistics centres, manufacturing companies and dispatch facilities.

Powered conveyor and intelligent control
The worktable is equipped with a powered belt conveyor that ensures smooth product movement during strapping. Photocells at the machine inlet and outlet automatically detect the position of each package and enable single, double or multiple strapping according to the selected settings.
All machine functions are controlled by modern 24 V DC brushless motors, which reduce wear on mechanical components and ensure stable operation. The 7.2" touchscreen control panel makes it easy to configure all strapping parameters.
