High-speed strapping machine for automatic packaging lines
The Speed Strap 505B – 509B – 512B automatic strapping machine is a professional solution for automated packaging in manufacturing and logistics operations. This high-performance model is designed for integration into packaging lines and provides fast, accurate and reliable product strapping under demanding workloads.
The machine uses modern 24 V brushless motors that control all its functions while reducing wear on mechanical components. For comprehensive shipment protection, strapping can also be combined with additional packaging materials, protective bubble wrap or durable adhesive tapes.
Powered conveyor for high productivity
The worktable is equipped with eight powered belt conveyors, including two smaller belts positioned in the centre of the work surface. This design ensures stable product movement during strapping and enables reliable packaging of smaller products.
Photocells positioned at both the machine inlet and outlet automatically detect the product and enable the application of one, two or multiple straps, depending on the selected settings. The strapping speed can reach up to 50 cycles per minute, significantly increasing the productivity of the packaging process.
When transporting or storing packages, it is also advisable to use void-fill material or protective cardboard dividers to help stabilise the contents of the package.
