Automatic strapping machine with a motorised roller conveyor and pneumatic press
Easy Strap 309RP – 312RP is a robust, fully automatic strapping machine designed for production, logistics and packaging lines. It features a motorised steel roller conveyor and a dual pneumatic top press. The machine ensures precise and reliable product strapping even at medium-to-high production volumes.
The machine is designed for use with PP (polypropylene) strapping with a width of 9 or 12 mm and can be easily integrated into fully automated production lines.

Roller conveyor and pneumatic press
The worktable is equipped with a motorised steel roller conveyor that ensures smooth product movement during strapping. The dual pneumatic top press stabilises the product throughout the entire process and ensures precise strap placement.
The photocell system enables automatic strapping with one, two or multiple straps according to the selected settings. The analogue control panel can rotate through 180°, enabling convenient operation from both sides of the machine.
Modern construction with DC motors
Easy Strap RP uses separate DC motors for the machine’s individual functions. Compared with conventional strapping machines, it contains over 30% fewer mechanical components, resulting in greater reliability, lower maintenance requirements and a longer service life.
The control panel can also be used to activate transit mode, in which products pass through the machine without being strapped.
