Automatic strapping machine with a roller conveyor
Easy Strap 309R – 312R is a robust automatic strapping machine designed for automated packaging in production, logistics and industrial facilities. Thanks to its motorised steel roller conveyor, it enables smooth product movement and easy integration into production or packaging lines.
The machine uses PP (polypropylene) strapping with a width of 9 or 12 mm and ensures strong, precise and reliable strapping of packages during regular operation.

Roller conveyor for smooth product movement
Easy Strap R is equipped with a motorised steel roller conveyor that ensures the stable movement of products during strapping. Thanks to its photocell system, the machine can automatically apply one, two or multiple straps according to the selected settings.
The dual pneumatic top press stabilises the product during strapping, ensuring precise strap placement and secure package fastening. The control panel can rotate through 180°, enabling convenient operation from both sides of the working area.
Efficient solution for automated packaging
A strapping speed of up to 30 cycles per minute enables large quantities of products to be processed efficiently. Adjustable strap tension of up to 45 kg allows the strapping process to be adapted to different package and packaging types.
Automatic strap feeding, precise cutting, safety magnetic switches and an emergency stop ensure reliable and safe operation, even under higher workloads.
