Automatic strapping machine for modern production lines
Easy Strap 309BP – 312BP is a robust automatic strapping machine designed for fully automated production, packaging and logistics lines. Thanks to its motorised belt conveyors and dual pneumatic top press, it ensures stable product strapping even at higher production volumes.
The machine uses PP (polypropylene) strapping with a width of 9 or 12 mm and enables single, double or multiple strapping according to the selected settings.

Motorised conveyor and pneumatic press
Easy Strap BP is equipped with a worktable featuring ten motorised conveyor belts that ensure smooth product movement during strapping. The dual pneumatic top press stabilises the product throughout the process and ensures precise and secure strap application.
The photocell system enables automatic strapping with one or multiple straps. The control panel can also rotate through 180°, allowing the machine to be operated conveniently from both sides of the work surface.
Efficient solution for automated packaging
A high strapping speed of up to 40 cycles per minute enables large quantities of products to be processed smoothly. Adjustable strap tension of up to 45 kg enables the strapping process to be adapted to different products and packaging types.
Automatic strap feeding, the re-feed system, safety magnetic switches and an emergency stop increase both the reliability and safety of everyday operation.
