Automatic strapping machine for production lines
Easy Strap 309B – 312B is a robust automatic strapping machine designed for strapping packages using PP (polypropylene) strapping. Thanks to its motorised belt conveyor, it enables products to move smoothly and be strapped efficiently directly within a production or packaging line.
The machine is an ideal solution for production facilities, logistics centres, distribution companies, packaging plants and dispatch workstations requiring the fast, precise and repeatable strapping of large quantities of products.

Motorised conveyor and precise product detection
Easy Strap B is equipped with a worktable featuring a motorised belt conveyor that automatically moves products during strapping. The photocell system precisely detects the position of the package and enables one, two or multiple straps to be applied according to the packaging requirements.
The control panel can rotate through 180°, enabling convenient operation from both sides of the machine. Electronically controlled DC motors reduce the number of mechanical components, increasing the machine’s reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
Efficient strapping within a production line
A high strapping speed of up to 40 cycles per minute enables large quantities of packages to be processed smoothly. Adjustable strap tension of up to 45 kg allows the strapping process to be adapted to different products and packaging types.
Safety magnetic switches and an emergency stop increase operator safety during everyday use in production and logistics facilities.
