Automatic pallet wrapping machine for integration into conveyor lines
The PKG SMARTWRAP-A is a fully automatic wrapping machine designed for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film directly within production, logistics and dispatch lines. Thanks to its integrated powered roller conveyor, pallets enter and exit the machine smoothly without operator intervention, allowing easy integration into existing automated systems.
Automatic stretch film clamping, cutting and sealing ensure a completely operator-free wrapping cycle. The pallet height is detected automatically by a photocell, which adapts the wrapping programme to the current load dimensions. For maximum protection of your goods, we recommend using high-quality stretch film and complementing the packaging with protective edges, packaging materials or void-fill material.
Fully automatic wrapping without operator intervention
The PKG SMARTWRAP-A has been designed for continuous operation in manufacturing plants, logistics centres and dispatch warehouses. Once the pallet arrives on the conveyor, the machine automatically detects its height, clamps the film, performs the selected wrapping programme and then cuts and seals the film.
The entire process is automatic, minimising downtime, reducing stretch film consumption and ensuring consistent wrapping quality for every pallet.
Easy integration into production and packaging lines
The integrated powered roller conveyor allows the machine to be easily incorporated into existing production or dispatch lines. Pallets enter the wrapping area automatically and, once the wrapping cycle is complete, continue to the next workstation without interruption.
The machine can be equipped with a stabilising top press that secures unstable pallets during wrapping. Optional features also include automatic film roping and high-performance motorised film pre-stretch, which reduces film consumption while increasing wrapping strength.
