PKG DISCOVERY-A automatic pallet wrapping machine for fully automated packaging lines
The PKG DISCOVERY-A is a fully automatic turntable wrapping machine with an integrated roller conveyor, designed for continuous operation in manufacturing plants, logistics centres and dispatch warehouses. Thanks to automatic stretch film clamping, cutting and sealing, it provides a completely operator-free wrapping cycle and can be easily integrated into automated lines.
The machine is designed for the efficient wrapping of pallets weighing up to 2,000 kg. When combined with high-quality stretch film, protective corner profiles or void-fill material, it ensures maximum pallet load stability during storage and transport.
Fully automatic wrapping process
The PKG DISCOVERY-A performs the entire wrapping cycle automatically. Once the pallet reaches the wrapping position, the machine automatically clamps the film, performs the programmed number of rotations, cuts and seals the film, and prepares itself for the next cycle without operator intervention.
This solution significantly reduces wrapping time and stretch film consumption while increasing the productivity of the entire packaging line.
Integrated roller conveyor
The integrated roller conveyor allows the machine to be easily connected to existing production or dispatch lines. Automatic synchronisation ensures smooth pallet movement throughout the entire wrapping process.
For higher-capacity applications, the machine can be equipped with a dual film carriage, significantly reducing the time required to wrap each pallet.
