Automatic wrapping machine for long and profiled products
Avvolgipack 80A is an automatic horizontal wrapping machine designed for wrapping long, profiled and bar-shaped products in stretch film. Thanks to automatic activation via a photocell, a belt conveyor and a fully automatic wrapping cycle, it significantly speeds up the wrapping process and increases productivity in manufacturing and logistics operations.
The machine is ideal for manufacturers of profiles, mouldings, pipes, wooden beams, plastic parts, aluminium profiles and other long products. For complete shipment protection, we also recommend using stretch films, foam films, cardboard dividers, protective corners and edges and filament tapes.
Automatic wrapping without operator intervention
The integrated photocell automatically detects the incoming product and starts the entire wrapping cycle. The operator does not need to control the machine manually, reducing wrapping time and increasing workplace efficiency.
Three wrapping modes for different product types
The PLC control system allows three different operating modes to be selected according to the characteristics of the product being wrapped. The operator can easily choose continuous wrapping, wrapping only the beginning and end of the product, or wrapping at regular intervals.
Easy operation and high flexibility
The height-adjustable infeed and outfeed belt conveyors allow the machine to be easily adapted to various production lines. Automatic stretch film cutting and clamping ensure the rapid completion of each operating cycle.
