Avvolgipack 120SRA T is a professional automatic horizontal wrapping machine designed for wrapping tyres, wheels, circular and cylindrical products in stretch film. Thanks to automatic product centring and rotation, it ensures fast, uniform and reliable wrapping with minimal film consumption.
The machine is an ideal solution for tyre service centres, tyre manufacturers, distribution warehouses and logistics centres. For complete product protection, we also recommend using stretch films, foam profiles, bubble films, PVC adhesive tapes and air cushions.
Automatic centring for perfect wrapping
A major advantage of the machine is its automatic self-centring system, which uses pneumatic cylinders to automatically centre the product being wrapped. Combined with controlled rotation, it ensures uniform stretch film tension around the entire circumference of the product.
Efficient tyre wrapping
Avvolgipack 120SRA T can wrap a single tyre as well as complete sets of two to four tyres. Automatic film cutting and clamping reduce the duration of each operating cycle and significantly increase productivity.
Easy operation and high flexibility
The user-friendly control panel allows up to 10 wrapping programs to be saved, ensuring that the machine is ready to handle products of different sizes without time-consuming adjustments. Thanks to its mobile design with castors, the machine can be easily repositioned according to operational requirements.
