Area R9/AC is a professional automatic horizontal wrapping machine designed for packaging spare parts, components and other products in stretch film without the need for conventional void-fill material. Only cardboard and stretch film are required to package products securely, significantly reducing packaging costs and the volume of the finished consignment.

The machine is suitable for manufacturing companies, logistics centres, warehouses and e-shops. For packaging, we also recommend using smooth machine cardboard, cardboard envelopes, paper adhesive tapes, self-adhesive labels on rolls and other packaging materials.

Automatic operating cycle

The machine features automatic cycle activation by photocells and a PLC control system with a touchscreen. The operator simply inserts the product and the entire wrapping process runs automatically. Up to 200 different packaging programs can be stored in the memory, significantly accelerating repetitive packaging of different products.

Ideal for spare parts and industrial products

The horizontal design enables efficient packaging of both lightweight and heavier products of various shapes. Adjustable infeed and outfeed guide rails with powered rollers ensure smooth product movement throughout the packaging process.
