Corner Tape 50 TBB – automatic case sealer for airtight sealing of all edges
Corner Tape 50 TBB is a fully automatic case sealer designed to provide airtight sealing of all four case edges. Thanks to its special 90° case rotation system and four taping heads, it ensures maximum bond strength and a high level of shipment protection during storage and transport.
The machine is designed for fully automated packaging lines without operator intervention. Combined with adhesive tapes, cardboard boxes, stretch films, void-fill materials and adhesive tape dispensers, it provides a professional solution for modern packaging stations.
Airtight sealing of all four edges
Once the case enters the machine, powered rollers ensure its precise transport. An integrated sensor then activates the 90° case rotation mechanism, allowing adhesive tape to be applied to all four edges of the cardboard case.
Four taping heads apply the tape in a U-shape, while a pneumatic system ensures that it is pressed firmly into place. The result is a strong, airtight seal suitable even for demanding logistics and industrial applications.
