SIAT F44 – Automatic Carton Erector for Efficient Packaging Line Preparation
SIAT F44 is an automatic carton erector designed to prepare cardboard boxes before they enter the next stage of a packaging line. The machine takes flat cartons from the magazine, erects them, folds the bottom flaps and prepares them for sealing.
It is suitable for small and medium-sized operations looking to speed up packaging, reduce manual work and maintain a steady flow of cartons to case sealers. Combined with case sealers, cardboard boxes, adhesive tapes and conveyors, it forms a reliable automated packaging station.
Automatic Carton Erecting
The gravity-fed magazine holds up to 150 flat cartons. A pneumatic handling arm with VENTURI® vacuum suction cups reliably picks cartons from the magazine and positions them for erecting.
The SIAT F44 can process up to 480 cartons per hour, speeding up packaging and reducing the need for manual handling.
Easy Integration into Packaging Lines
The machine is available in a left-hand SX or right-hand DX configuration, allowing it to fit into an existing packaging line. Handling belts running at 21 m/min transfer cartons smoothly to the next stage of the process.
