MATIC TAPE 50 CF – Fully Automatic Case Sealer for Modern Packaging Lines
MATIC TAPE 50 CF is a fully automatic case sealer designed for high-output packaging lines. It automatically detects the dimensions of incoming cartons, folds all four top flaps and applies adhesive tape to both the top and bottom of each carton without operator intervention.
Combined with adhesive tapes, cardboard boxes, stretch films, void-fill materials and conveyors, it provides a complete solution for professional automated parcel packaging.
Automatic Adjustment to Carton Size
The integrated system detects the dimensions of each carton and adjusts the machine cycle without manual setup. This allows cartons of different sizes to move through the packaging line continuously and improves overall efficiency.
Automatic Flap Folding and Sealing
Pneumatic arms fold all four top flaps of the carton. The taping heads then apply adhesive tape to the top and bottom, producing a secure seal for handling, storage and transport.
