Compact air cushion machine for efficient packaging
AIRFIT 12 is a compact machine designed for the rapid production of air cushions directly at the packing station. It enables protective void-fill material to be produced on demand, saving storage space, reducing logistics costs and making the packaging process more efficient.
Air cushions are ideal for securing and protecting products in cardboard boxes. For complete packaging, we recommend combining them with cardboard boxes, adhesive tapes or other void-fill materials.
On-demand void-fill production at the packing station
AIRFIT 12 produces air cushions at speeds of up to 12 metres per minute, ensuring a smooth packaging process even when handling larger order volumes. The air cushions reliably fill empty spaces inside packages and protect products against impact during handling and transport.
Reduced storage space and operating costs
Instead of storing bulky, ready-made packaging fillers, you only need to keep compact rolls of film in stock. The void-fill material is produced only when required for packaging, significantly reducing storage space and logistics costs.
Easy operation without an external compressor
The machine features a clear control panel for adjusting the production speed, sealing temperature and air volume. AIRFIT 12 does not require an external compressor, making installation and operation exceptionally easy.
Production of various air cushion sizes
A single machine can produce different air cushion sizes depending on the type of product being packaged:
- 200 × 100 mm – small air cushions
- 200 × 200 mm – universal air cushions
- 400 × 330 mm – large air cushions
